Welcome to AmpRet! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AmpRet platform, website, and related services (“Services”). By using AmpRet, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

AmpRet (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides AI-powered insights and analytics to help users grow and manage their social media presence. Our Services allow you to connect social media accounts (e.g., Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and receive analytics and AI-generated recommendations.

2. Eligibility

To use AmpRet, you must be at least 18 years old and have authority to grant access to any connected social accounts. You agree to comply with all applicable platform rules.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our policies.

4. Connected Accounts

When you connect a social account, you authorize AmpRet to retrieve performance and engagement data, store it securely, and process it for insights. You may disconnect any account at any time.

5. Use of AI Features

AmpRet provides AI-generated insights for informational purposes only. You retain full responsibility for any actions or content created using these recommendations.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse AmpRet, reverse engineer our systems, or resell our content or data without permission.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

AmpRet offers Free, Starter, and Pro plans. Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled. Payments are processed securely by our provider (e.g., Stripe).

8. Intellectual Property

All content on AmpRet is owned or licensed by us. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

AmpRet is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
